HAS ORGINAL PRICE TAG
This set is dated 1978 on the bottom of the box . There are supposed to be 162 pieces, but there is only 142. This the orginal box... it shows a picture of a little boy in a white w/ yellow stripes golf style shirt on the box. Please look at all the pictures to get a good idea on the box's condition. The logs are more of a redwood, dark reddish-brown color than the logs I have seen in the current sets.
This set comes with the NO signs. and is missing most of the clips except for 2. Contents ON THE BOX state: Logs, roof slats, signs, stands, chimney, gables and clips. Again there is no signs and most of the plastic clips have bit the dust, broken apart in the box(which I have cleaned out) and thus there is only 2 remaining clips. The box has set #886 Playskool lincoln logs. Combine with other sets to create a fantastic building experience. For boys and girls ages 4 to 10 years.
